Refund policy

We want you to have an amazing experience with our products. If you don't for any reason, we will gladly refund 100% of the item amount - no questions asked! Simply request a refund through the Contact Us page within three months from your purchase date. Once the refund has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

If an item arrived damaged or defective (or you received the wrong item), please notify us through the Contact Us page and we will promptly send you a new one!

If you need to cancel an order prior to shipment, please use the Contact Us page. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled, and must go through the return and refunds outlined above.
